I've been fortunate enough in life to find something I enjoy and successful enough at to forge a career from. Rugby has given me a great many positives – the opportunity to play in fantastic teams, alongside great players, as well as to travel, and maybe most importantly, to challenge myself.

If there's one philosophy that I continue to hold, it's to be the best I can be. It's a belief that’s driven me throughout my career, and enabled me to achieve what I believe to have been reasonable success. But success has sometimes been a burden and something I haven't always been able to enjoy.  The intense drive to succeed has often left a hollow sensation and underwhelming sense of 'what next?'

Having been touched by amazing support throughout my career at Kingston Park, Twickenham, Stade Mayol and many more grounds, this site is perhaps a small thank you to the fans whom I may never be able to thank personally.
